All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) as a per-person rate. Our trip prices are subject to fluctuations due to factors such as demand, market conditions, and availability, which is a standard practice in the travel industry. This means that the cost of our trips may change at any time, and passengers on the same trip may be charged different prices. To secure the current price, we recommend booking at that time. If you have already paid a deposit, any discounts or reduced pricing that become available later will not apply. If you choose to cancel your booking to take advantage of a lower price, our cancellation policy will apply in full. To view the most up-to-date pricing, please refer to our website. Prices are determined based on the exchange rate at the time of publication and may vary depending on the currency in which the booking is made. We reserve the right to impose surcharges before departure in response to unfavorable changes in exchange rates, increases in airfares or other transportation costs, increases in local operator costs, taxes, or government action that requires us to do so.
When you make a reservation with us and submit your deposit payment, you can expect to receive a confirmation email shortly after. This email will serve as proof that we have received your booking and are in the process of processing it. Within 1-2 working days, you will receive another email confirming that your written booking has been successfully confirmed.

After you have agreed on the tour itinerary and pricing, we will send you an email to confirm and provide information on our payment policy. You have the flexibility to select your preferred payment method and make payments according to the following guidelines:
For tour bookings, we require a 30% – 60% deposit upfront by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be settled before your trip or upon arrival in cash or bank transfer.
After receiving your deposit, our team will process your booking and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 working days.
Our cancellation policy is as follows, and refunds will be calculated based on these charges:
– More than 60 days prior to trip departure: 10% cancellation fee
– 30-59 days before arrival: 20% cancellation charge
– 15-29 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
– 7-14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charge
– Within 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
