Upon reserving a trip with us, you acknowledge and accept these booking conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and us. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment, and the services provided will be as described in your confirmation invoice. All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) as a per-person rate. Our trip prices are subject to fluctuations due to factors such as demand, market conditions, and availability, which is a standard practice in the travel industry. This means that the cost of our trips may change at any time, and passengers on the same trip may be charged different prices. To secure the current price, we recommend booking at that time. If you have already paid a deposit, any discounts or reduced pricing that become available later will not apply. If you choose to cancel your booking to take advantage of a lower price, our cancellation policy will apply in full. To view the most up-to-date pricing, please refer to our website. Prices are determined based on the exchange rate at the time of publication and may vary depending on the currency in which the booking is made. We reserve the right to impose surcharges before departure in response to unfavorable changes in exchange rates, increases in airfares or other transportation costs, increases in local operator costs, taxes, or government action that requires us to do so.

3. Get your personalized tour itinerary and price quote.
4. Secure your tour by making a deposit.
5. Receive the confirmed itinerary before you go.
6. Settle the remaining balance upon arrival at your destination.

When you make a reservation with us and submit your deposit payment, you can expect to receive a confirmation email shortly after. This email will serve as proof that we have received your booking and are in the process of processing it. Within 1-2 working days, you will receive another email confirming that your written booking has been successfully confirmed.

Sometimes, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer the flexibility to modify your booking. Simply reach out to our dedicated reservation team with your booking details, and we’ll gladly make the necessary adjustments for you. Our commitment to exceptional customer service ensures that your travel experience is tailored to your needs, even after your booking is confirmed.

1. Infant (under 2 years old): Complimentary land tour and 25% off airfare.
2. Child (under 12 years old):
3. Sharing room with an adult without an extra bed charge: 50% of adult land tour and 75% of airfare.
4. Sharing room with an adult with a bed charge: 80% of adult land tour and 75% of airfare.
5. Upon turning 12 years old: Full charge of tour cost.

After you have agreed on the tour itinerary and pricing, we will send you an email to confirm and provide information on our payment policy. You have the flexibility to select your preferred payment method and make payments according to the following guidelines:

For tour bookings, we require a 30% – 60% deposit upfront by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be settled before your trip or upon arrival in cash or bank transfer.

After receiving your deposit, our team will process your booking and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 working days.

Our cancellation policy is as follows, and refunds will be calculated based on these charges:

– More than 60 days prior to trip departure: 10% cancellation fee

– 30-59 days before arrival: 20% cancellation charge

– 15-29 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee

– 7-14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charge

– Within 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee

We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges. Thank you for your understanding.

We will not be held liable for any uninsured costs that may arise due to your trip being affected by pandemics or illnesses.
